1:1 Coaching: helping neurodivergent + socially anxious men find and improve relationships
Who is this for?
Men who feel anxious or self-conscious around people they're attracted to, and find that anxiety gets in the way of connecting naturally
Men who get so caught up in their own thoughts during social interactions that it's difficult to simply be present in the conversation
Men who have little relationship experience, or a pattern of connections that never quite developed the way they hoped
Men who carry a persistent sense of unworthiness… a belief that who they are isn't quite enough to attract the relationship they want
Men who aren't sure how to express themselves in social contexts, or feel that the version of themselves others see isn't an accurate reflection of who they actually are
Men who have put in genuine effort and still feel stuck, without a clear understanding of why
"For much of my life, I didn’t believe that I was “enough” to have the types of relationships that I wanted - I thought I had to perform or be like somebody else to receive love and affection and intimacy.
Kinsey helped me discover that I’m already enough - that showing up as my authentic, vulnerable, messy self is actually the key to forming the deep, meaningful, lasting connections I’ve been seeking for so many years."
- Daniel
By the end of this program, clients are expected to:
Feel genuinely calm and grounded in social situations, rather than anxious and self-monitoring
Have a clear, stable sense of who they are… and are able to express that naturally
Understand the root of their insecurity and have worked through it in a meaningful way
Know exactly what they're looking for in a partner and a relationship
Have a concrete plan for finding that person, and the confidence to follow through on it
How the Program Works:
The work is structured in three phases (often over 6 months), but the approach is tailored to each client…where you start, how you progress, and what you need at each stage will shape how the program unfolds.
Phase One: Understanding the Resistance The first phase is focused on exploration. Before anything changes behaviorally, it's important to understand what's actually driving the challenges… the beliefs, experiences, and emotional patterns that sit underneath anxiety, insecurity, or self-doubt. This is thorough, honest work, and it's the foundation everything else is built on.
Phase Two: Developing and Expressing Authenticity Once there's clarity about what's been getting in the way, the focus shifts to identity…getting a genuine, grounded understanding of who you are, what you value, and how you want to show up. This extends to the practical: how you carry yourself, how you communicate, how you connect. The goal is authentic self-expression, not performance.
Phase Three: Taking Action With that foundation in place, the final phase is about strategy and execution. Where are the kinds of people you're looking for? How do you get in front of them? How do you present yourself and move things forward? This phase is direct and practical, and it's built on everything developed in the two phases before it.

A lot of approaches to confidence or social anxiety focus on managing symptoms rather than addressing underlying causes. This program works at a deeper level — identifying the root beliefs and experiences that drive the patterns, and working through them directly. Clients who have been through other programs without lasting results often find that this approach gets to something those didn't.
-
The program runs for six months. During that time, we meet for two to three one-on-one coaching calls per month. Between sessions, there is ongoing support available via WhatsApp and email, so you're not waiting until the next call if something comes up. The combination of regular sessions and continuous support is intentional… meaningful change happens in the day-to-day, not just on calls.

Monthly payment plans start at $450/month. A full-pay option is also available. As for the guarantee: if you complete the full six months, show up consistently, and follow through on the work, and you haven't found a relationship by the end, coaching continues at no additional cost until you do. The guarantee exists because the outcome is what matters, and the program is only worth doing if it actually works.

The specifics vary by person, but clients who complete the program typically come away with a clear and stable sense of who they are, a genuine understanding of what has been getting in the way of connection, and the confidence and skills to express themselves authentically in social situations. On a practical level, they leave with a concrete plan for finding the right person and the tools to follow through on it. The goal is not incremental improvement… it's a substantive shift in how you understand yourself and how you show up.

The first step is a conversation. Reach out directly and we'll set up an initial call to talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this program is the right fit. There's no pressure, the goal of that call is simply to get clear on whether this makes sense for you.
